Our modern guest and recreation rooms are suitable for business meetings of all kinds, invite up to 130 people to family celebrations and club and office parties.

Our services for your celebration are not only restricted to meals and beverages. We will gladly work out the following details for you and in conjunction with you:


Table decoration, Serviettes
With us you can select the most appropriate serviette colours, shapes and your desired table decoration on a quite individual basis. We keep to hand a huge selection in our standard range for you. Tablecloths, serviettes, candles and other standard decorations - we will provide free-of-charge for you!


Menu cards
We design menu cards specifically according to your ideas and wishes with the most up-to-date computer technology. Here we have two standard sizes in the range:

     - small Menu cards (DIN A6 Format) 2,50 EUR / item
     - large Menu cards (DIN A5 Format) 4,00 EUR / item


Flower arrangements
The flower arrangements are created quite individually according to your selected decoration. We will provide free-of-charge simple flowers in a vase and with flower arrangements the purchase price is simply charged to you. Of course you may take the floral decorations home with you after the party. If you would like to bring your own flower decorations, that is no problem.


Musical ambience
If you have certain requests for your table and/or background music, we would be happy to coordinate this with you. We will likewise arrange solo entertainers for you - without a procurement surcharge. If you require a microphone facility, we will provide this free-of-charge.


Your quite special requests
The Hotel Bockelmann is always open to new challenges. If you plan a somewhat more lavish decoration or you have quite a new and particular idea of your event, we would be happy to implement this. We will then work out the costs on an individual basis.
