We are pleased to prepare you an unforgettable  experience with our culinary delicacies and selected wines and friendly service.

At first glance, we are a traditional German restaurant. At a second glance, you will discover a few more features:

In the preparation of our meals we pay special attention to the ingredients. Our partner for “Heidschnucken”*-Specialties is the country butcher Hermann Meyer from Bispingen-Behringen, their regional and seasonal products are directly from producers concerns in the region.

Wild meat is purchased from the well-known for quality wildlife trade Blajus from Soltau. The pigs come from the Lüneburg Heath and typical regional fish we purchase directly from the fish ponds of Grevenhof in Bispingen-Steinbeck.

To emphasize the taste and naturalness of our best ingredients, we use no flavor enhancers, sauces and ready resource. All sauces and funds are specially prepared in our kitchen from basic ingredients.

Enjoy our northern german cuisine and game dishes with ingredients from the region, combined with seasonal influences and original “Heidschnucken”*-Specialties.
