The Heidehotel Bockelmann is a fully digitized hotel. We make your journey easier for you, because everything you need for a booking and check-in can be done in advance. Check in, pay, fill out and sign the registration form, open the room door and check out easily and conveniently with your smartphone. And all without an app.
Simply book your room at www.hotel-bockelmann.de. If you are still unsure which room is right for you, you will find a detailed description of the respective room categories under Rooms & Prices.
You will receive a booking confirmation by email immediately after your booking. If this is not in the mailbox, don't panic, sometimes the systems need a little breather. We will not forget you!
If you would like to adjust the arrival date, departure date or the number of people for your booking, you can click on the "Manage" link in your e-mail booking confirmation. On the following page you will find all reservation information at a glance, you can view the reservation history and make changes or cancellations.
After booking online, we will send you an email invitation to our digital guest information system. You can use this to call up useful information about your journey and your stay on any device. You can also book various services on request. Just take a look.
3 days before arrival, you can conveniently fill in the registration form and pay for the room from home, the office or on the go (a receipt for payment will of course be sent by email). The whole thing saves time and a check-in at the reception is no longer necessary.
Have you already been busy and filled out the registration form and paid for the room? Then you will receive your room key on your smartphone at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. With the mobile room key you can open the required hotel entrance doors as well as your hotel room.
at the self-check-in terminal
Have you booked your room online via a booking portal or, best of all, directly via our website and are you traveling to us? You can check in easily and conveniently from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at the modern self-check-in terminal. Don't worry, it's really very easy, and in this way we enable our guests to arrive after midnight. You will find our check-in terminal with which you can check-in in the wind- and weather-protected anteroom at the main entrance of the Heidehotel Bockelmann. You can also get your key card here if you do not want to use your smartphone as a digital room key. If you have not yet booked a room, select the "Book now" option on the self-check-in terminal and the rooms that are still available will be displayed for selection.

Please note that a digital check-in or check-Unfortunately, it is not possible to go out in our holiday apartments.
So that you can find your booked hotel room even if you arrive outside the reception opening times, for example in the middle of the night, site plans can be found in the entrance area of the main entrance. You can also access the site map via our digital guest information system or our website.
Your room is available to you until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The reception on the ground floor of our house is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. On the day of departure you can check out personally at the reception during this time.
Alternatively, you can check out by 11 a.m. using our digital guest information system on your smartphone and then simply leave the key card in your hotel room upon departure. Payment can also be made through the system. We will then automatically send the room bill with the specified billing address to the email address on file.
