In the Heidehotel Bockelmann in Bispingen, Lüneburg Heath, there is every reason to celebrate this year. 75 years ago, the great-grandparents August and Emma Bockelmann founded the business of the current owner Heiko Bockelmann.

Bispingen. The Heidehotel Bockelmann opens its beer garden festival on Sunday, June 28th, from 6 to 10 p.m. with a performance by the Bremen group Van Dyck Inc.

With a donation of 1,000 euros, Heiko Bockelmann surprised the "ProGast" association these days. Bockelmann donated the proceeds of the anniversary raffle on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of his hotel to Heidehotel Bockelmann in Bispingen.
BISPINGEN. “Active holidays are on the rise,” says Heiko Bockelmann. According to the hotelier, active vacationers now fill up to 13 percent of the beds in the 3-star hotel.
The Bockelmann family and their team have now celebrated a big anniversary together with long-term companions and many guests: The traditional Bispinger business was 75 years old.
Even if this summer was unfortunately quite rainy, it didn't spoil the joy of good food. And in terms of taste, the end of the warm season with a rich harvest still has some delicacies to offer.
After the Christmas holidays and the turn of the year with a lot of good and often substantial food, the menu recommendation of the Bispinger restaurants now promises light cuisine, which, however, by no means misses out on great enjoyment.
Since the end of last year, Dirk Tonnhofer has been spoiling the palates of visitors to the hotel, restaurant and café Bockelmann as the new head chef - and with his creations he hits the (taste) nerve of guests.
This month, chef Stefan Wilke is serving light summer cuisine as a sophisticated creation to guests in the hotel, restaurant and café Bockelmann.
