Our services for your celebration are not limited to food and drinks. We would be happy to work out the following details for you and with you:

Table decorations, napkins

With us you can choose the right napkin colors and shapes and your desired table decorations for your event. We have a large selection in our standard range for you. We provide tablecloths, napkins, candles and other standard decorations for you free of charge!

Menu cards

We are happy to design menu cards according to your ideas and wishes. Here we have two standard sizes on offer:

small menu card (DIN A6 format) 2.50 EUR / piece
large menu card (DIN A5 format) 4.00 EUR / piece

Floral decorations

The flower arrangement is individually designed in our house according to your chosen decoration. We provide flowers in vases free of charge and you will only be charged the purchase price for flower arrangements. Of course, you can take the flower arrangements home with you after the party. Would you like to bring your own flower decorations - no problem.

Musical framework

If you have certain wishes for your table and / or accompanying music, we are happy to coordinate this with you. We also arrange solo entertainers for you - without a brokerage fee.
If you need a microphone system, we will provide it free of charge.

Your very special wishes

The Heidehotel Bockelmann is always open to new challenges. Are you planning a more elaborate decoration or if you have a completely new and special idea of your event, we are happy to implement this. We then calculate the costs here individually.
